12 Out of 14 Suicides in Poland Are Committed by Men. Life Is Worth Talking. About Cultural, social, and psychological factors—such as the pressure placed on men to earn more, pursue careers, and constantly prove their masculinity—have contributed to a situation where men are significantly more likely to die by suicide. In collaboration with the Polish Suicidology Society and Radio Nowy Świat, we are launching a recurring radio program dedicated to mental health issues, including depression. Our goal is to break the taboos surrounding masculinity. We want men to stop feeling ashamed of asking for help. We want them to no longer fear showing vulnerability. And we want to challenge and reshape the social expectations placed on both women and men in Poland. How will we do it? With the help of AI, we will bring TOMASZ BEKSIŃSKI back to the radio studio—as both a presenter and a therapist. After all, no one can speak more truthfully about depression than someone who has lived through it—and ultimately lost their life to it. Art Direction, Graphic Design, Illustration
