iSeeCars Website
Project description
The new and used cars market is a crowded one. In 2020, iSeeCars was beginning to see traction, but they needed to continue to expand. First, I worked with the team to build new templates and page types, creating rich onsite content. Next, the team turned their focus to modernizing and updating the rest of the site, refining the visual aesthetic, as well as updating the overall flow and experience. I focused on three key areas: the Search pages, Login and Saved Favorites, and VIN search experience. We completely revisioned the way their search and favorites experience worked, creating a more intuitive flow which accounted for logged in and logged out users. We increased user engagement with favorites, as well as overall number of saved favorites, opening up additional marketing and communication opportunities. Once the flow was resolved, I created a suite of product cards which worked across all pages and screens, creating a unified Ul which would lay the foundation for the future. We iterated extensively, finding the right card designs and page layouts, A/B testing color choices and card layouts to see which were most effective. The team has already seen success through these efforts as they continue to evolve and refine the full site experience.
