The Paradox of Scouting Professional scouts face a critical trade-off: Speed vs. Depth. Tracking live game events requires speed, but analyzing player performance requires deep context. Traditional apps force users to choose one, often leading to cognitive overload.The Solution: Decoupling Inputs I designed a hybrid system that splits data entry into two natural channels:Visual (Gesture Taps): For objective metrics like passes or shots. Instant and blind-friendly.Audio (Voice Notes): For subjective insights. Capturing the context without looking away from the pitch.Stats tell the "What". Audio notes tell the "Why".
